The school is part of a renewal project of an old industrial area and contributes greatly to the community. It is made up of two halls, a kitchen and an innovative multimedia center, available also to the parents and the local citizens. There is also a nursery for the little ones.

The playground is shared with a neighboring school and was designed to support teaching in the open and environmental education.
