This scholastic center, located in the northern periphery of the city, was designed following the project type (see C.S. Union Europea page). The plan to develop was double edged: establish a new hotel management school to take advantage of the growing sector and to offer a stable seat for Itis Lagrange to avoid the rent of its previous location. The job consisted of creating an attraction to a declining area with the construction of communal spaces, connected to the institute and open to the neighbors.

The building complex is made up of two buildings: one for learning and communal spaces and one for a gymnasium. The two were connected with two bridges on the first floor. The classroom building has two/three floors above ground and a basement. It contains classrooms, laboratories and the administration offices.

In atrium of the Hotel Management Institute, there is a reception counter that is used to practice. In the learning building there are also a 75 M2 library and a 460 M2 multipurpose room. This is located centrally and directly connected to a courtyard that can be used for collective activities.

The gymnasium contains two connectable halls, a weight room, locker rooms, services and the keepers living quarters for a total of 2,400 M2. The space is organized so the two institutes remain independent despite being in the same complex.

Another interesting aspect combined to the community services is the heating unit. It is used for the two school in the scholastic center and for a third school in the neighboring area. This gives increased safety and it saves energy and maintenance costs.
